EPDM Rubber Roofing Repair and Replacement Services

An EPDM roofing system (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) is a durable synthetic rubber roofing solution popular for flat and low-slope buildings. Extremely durable, EPDM roofing comes in black or white and is one of the least expensive roofing systems to install. It is one the longest lasting commercial flat roof types with a life of 30 years or more when installed properly. Even so, it’s relatively lightweight and comes in long rolls, meaning few seams that could eventually fail and easy installation – you simply roll it out to install it. EPDM roofing systems come in different thicknesses and can be ballasted for further protection against damage. It is also fire-resistant and good in a wide range of temperatures, making it a potentially ideal choice for Northeast Ohio commercial building roofs. It’s also typically 100% recyclable.
