TPO Roofing
TPO Roofing Repair and Replacement Services
TPO or thermoplastic polyolefin is a rubber roofing solution made primarily from recycled rubber. This material is relatively inexpensive and offers good resistance to tears, punctures, mold and buildup of dirt and debris. Its hot-welded seams deliver great water resistance – better than many other types of roofing materials, and flexibility to allow for building movement.
A TPO roof system can be glued down, attached mechanically or not adhered but ballasted on top with gravel.
Installed correctly and properly maintained, TPO roofs on commercial buildings can last for up to 20 years. This material’s durability, water-resistance and lower cost profile makes TPO one of the highest recommended types of roofing solutions for industrial and commercial buildings. Roberts Roofing has installed hundreds of TPO roofs on all types and sizes of buildings. Our free initial roofing inspection can help us determine if a TPO roof is the right type of commercial roof for your building.
